• Minimum hold Diploma’s degree.
• Conversational English proficiency
• Minimum 5 years of experience as Sales in Freight with experience in Supervising/leading a team, accustomed with target (around 2 billion per month).
• Mastered Surabaya market.
• Have network for shipping.
• Good communication skill, customer oriented, smart, able to work under pressure, and good management skill.

• Do business development by canvassing.
• Create business proposal.
• Expand mostly for ocean freight.
• Provide daily report for market research & activities.
• Update customer activities and information to system & management.
• Achieve personal and team sales.
• Deliver high standard of customer service consistently to clients.
• Organize specific records and files to track financial transactions.
• Other responsibilities as needed.
