Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Tugas dan Tanggung Jawab:
- Memetakan dan mencari sumber recruitment/recruitment pool yang tepat (BLK,Headhunter,Medsos,dll)
- Memasang iklan lowongan kerja, Melakukan sourcing & selection karyawan dari recruitment pool
- Menyiapkan proses interview kepada user
- Menyiapkan penawaran kerja (job offering letter) dan kontrak kerja karyawan
- Bertanggung jawab terhadap proses recruitmet secara tepat waktu
- Monitoring reporting, daily, weekly & monthly attendances
Kualifikasi:
- S1 Jurusan Psikologi/SDM
- Usia Maksimal 30 Tahun
- 1-2 Tahun pengalaman kerja di bidang Recruitment
- Mempunyai databased Kandidat (Retail)
- Mampu mengelola database dengan baik
- Memiliki keterampilan komunikasi yang baik, mudah beradaptasi,fleksibel,tegas,teliti
- Mahir menggunakan Microsoft Office ( Word, Excel, Power Point )
