Job Description

• Excellent time management, strong analytical, administration, and negotiation skills
• Estimate budget based on design provided by Architect and Engineers
• Make an analysis of unit price
• Good understanding about end-to-end tender process, contract finalization, and monitoring process execution
• Create budget plan (RAB)
• Communicate with our inhouse team and outside parties, such as supplier or contractor
• Willing to be placed in Corporate Office, Berawa – Bali

Requirements:

• Speak English at a good level
• Must be living and have 5 years work experience in Bali
• Candidate must have a Bachelor Degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering
• Having knowledge about building materials
• 3 years of experiences as Civil Quantity Surveyor
