REQUIREMENTS:

• Maximum 35 years old
• Minimum Technical High School or Diploma Graduate Electro
• Once worked at a medical device company
• Experienced minimum 1 – 2 years as Production Staff
• Have Experienced work in factory (Preferably Medical Equipment)
• Fluent in English written, reading and spoken
• Good Computer Skill
• High commitment level with ability to work overtime and on weekends
• Good communication skills and pleasant personality
• Having Own Vehicles
• Honest, Loyal, Responsible, Ambitious, discipline, Ability to Work Hard and healthy body

RESPONSIBILITY:

• Read, interpret, and follow blueprints, diagrams, technical drawings, specifications, and other written procedures to accurately assemble products
• Doing Product Assembly from Zero to completion
• Carry out the production process with quality standards in accordance with predetermined provisions (according to SOP)
• Operate Production Machinery and Control the Production Process
• Doing work in accordance with the standard (K3) Security, health, and safety at work
• Maintain product inventory at the station
• Identify product defects, carry out documentation and appropriate repairs when defects are identified
• Maintain work equipment in good condition
• Repairing assembly and production equipment according to changes in Engineering specifications
• Create and keep records of production quantities and production times
• Make production reports on a regular basis
• Job Description as a whole is regulated by each supervisor
• Carry out other relevant tasks of management
