Commercial Graduate Trainee Program is a development program with career path acceleration to create competent Commercial-persons to become future leaders in particular fields, such as Sales/Marketing and E-Commerce.
You will be trained directly by our Leaders in the Commercial team (Sales & Marketing) and get the opportunity to learn while starting your career with mentoring and coaching to ensure you can achieve optimal performance.

Unza Vitalis has a complete operation. Besides GMP certified manufacturing facility at Salatiga (near Semarang), it has country wide distribution through multi brand distributors. Key accounts in Jakarta area are supplied directly through its own branch in Jakarta. Unza Vitalis has several strong brands such as Vitalis, Sumber Ayu, Izzi, Enchanteur, Doremi, Pandansari, Bioessence, Romano, Safi, Aiken, & Maxkleen which are close to the consumers’ heart. Their innovative offerings and new product launches every year and their innovative marketing campaigns captures consumer mindshare year after year. Apart from the brand loyalty created through marketing efforts, the other key to customer relationships has been the engagement of promoters who serve as Unza brand ambassadors at the store level. The Indonesian operations contribute a significant share to the Unza group revenues, with a manpower base of over 1000 employees.
