Job Description

Responsibilities

• Must have same experience in Garment Industry field
• To function as a bridge between buyer, factory and internal department
• Communicating not only with the buyers but also with others such as suppliers, nominated factory owners, fabric manufacturers etc
• Sample handling have to developed according to buyer instructions
• Have to prepare various types of internal order sheets such as costing sheet, booking sheet etc
• Maintaining good relationship with the garment production and quality department for smooth and fault free production
• Advising various instruction to the commercial department about shipment of a garment export order
• Keeping paperwork organized

Requirements

• Station at Batam
• Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Textile/Fashion Design or equivalent.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Indonesia, English, Mandarin
• At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Strong organisational and problem solving skills
• Excellent communication abilities
• Able to work under pressure, independently & deadline oriented
